Simple, down to earth, and complex in weird ways. People tell me I am funny, loyal, and a hard worker. I understand the last two but funny, not. I have worked hard over the years to control my face. It has been a wasted time with little success. I have had a positive result thinking before speaking unless you are a turd. My mouth takes off and we either become friends or enemies. Most times the latter and it will always be your fault.

If we are friends, I am the one friend who will not spill your beans. I will not judge you because frankly, I don’t care unless you are my bestie. We have been besties since first grade and she must have faults, unseen by me. If I was gay she would be my girl.

I am married to the boy next door. Wonderful man, unreplaceable. Two children and thirty-eight years, not trading him in for a newer model. He can still wear me out if you know what I mean.

Retired and love it! Every day is a new adventure without chains. Staying home is one option, and taking off with the camper is another. Ok, there are some chains, the husband. I would travel endlessly in the camper, him not so much. Compromise makes a happy marriage and respect for each other. We are winning.

It is my time to explore things and learn who I am to be me. Married and raising kids typically steals any time for self, as mine did. My journey now is for me.
